I want to
quit smoking for my New Year’s resolution. I was wondering what worked the best for those of you that used to smoke. Anything that you would recommend that I do to keep myself from thinking about smoking? Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

I know it is hard to
quit smoking. But I am determined to help my friend
quit smoking. Just wondering what is the most effective way to
quit smoking? Patch?
I have heard of electric cigarette. What is that? Thank you
