I’ve never been a regular smoker in my life but I enjoy smoking a couple of cigarettes when I go out for a drink. I may also smoke a cigarette if I’m really depressed or stressed. I often go for weeks of months without smoking and in general I don’t find smoking more than a couple of cigarettes enjoyable. I have been smoking like that for about 4 years. How much does that habbit actually harm my health?

I have smoked for 14 years and am trying again to quit cold turkey. This is the hardest thing in my life. Anyone ever
quit smoking successfully? How is life now for you as a non smoker? Need advice! Thanks!

I lost my grandpa when I was 6 because of Cancer and my grandma smokes as much as he used to. What’s the best way to stop her from smoking? I don’t want her to be known as a smoker.

She recently turned 18 and she has been smoking for two years now. She told me that she used to smoke a cigarette or two a month, but then she began to smoke more often. She is not a heavy smoker, but she smokes 1 or 2 cigarettes a day. I keep telling her to
quit smoking before it becomes too late. She told me that she wants to stop smoking, but she is becoming addicted to it. Now I’m worried that she will smoke more cigarettes a day and then she will not be able to quit. What can I do to help her stop smoking?

I love being a non smoker I have not had a cig since I got the treatment and its great,My sister says she wants to stop smoking but claims it cost too much (about same amount she spends on 1 month of cigs)
Should I just pay for it for her as a gift?
I dont know how it works but I am proof that it does work since I have not smoked in 4 months
